This project explores new ways of designing in a world where 3D printing has become widely accessible. It seeks to move beyond its sometimes “cheap” aesthetic by taking advantage of its ability to rapidly produce samples and experimental forms.
The aim is to create a space for experimentation, where multiple projects can be imagined, tested and developed without immediately having to enter the production process. 3D printing thus becomes less a means of producing finished objects than a tool for exploring, iterating and giving form to ideas.
